"A Gift That Outlives The Moment"
"Paris en Hiver" Acrylic on Canvas | 40" x 40" x 1.5" By Victoria Zyluk. A sweeping meditation on winter’s hush, Paris en Hiver evokes the quiet elegance of a city wrapped in frost and memory. Cool blues, soft grays, and veils of white drift across the canvas like mist over the Seine, while delicate gold accents shimmer like distant lamplight. The elongated format invites the viewer to journey through layers of texture and reflection—an abstracted stroll through icy boulevards and gilded reverie. This piece will be on view from November 18 to November 30, 2025 at the Abstracted Art Exhibition, hosted by the Federation Gallery on Granville Island, Vancouver, BC. Presented by the Federation of Canadian Artists, the exhibition celebrates contemporary abstraction from across Collectors may arrange payment options directly through the Federation of Canadian Artists, making acquisition both accessible and secure.

Wisdom

 "Remember" by Victoria Zyluk

In Remember, Victoria Zyluk paints more than a landscape—she paints a feeling. This 8" x 8" x 1.75" original acrylic framed piece draws the viewer into a rural reverie, where the red barn stands as a sentinel of memory, nestled among trees and mountains that whisper of time gone by. The light blue roof glows gently under a sky brushed with purples and blues, suggesting either the hush of dawn or the sigh of dusk—both moments when reflection feels most natural.

The dirt path leading to the barn invites not just footsteps, but thoughts: of childhood summers, of quiet retreats, of stories told in the hush of golden fields. Zyluk’s palette is both comforting and stirring, balancing nostalgia with a gentle nudge toward introspection. This painting doesn’t just decorate a space—it anchors it emotionally.

Perfect for personal nooks, reading corners, or intimate galleries, Remember offers a soft yet powerful presence. It’s a visual poem for those who treasure the past and find beauty in its echoes.

  • What memory does this barn awaken in you?

  • Have you ever walked a path like this—real or imagined?

  • Which time of day do you see in the sky: sunrise or sunset?

  • What emotions surface when you look at this scene?

  • If this painting could speak, what story would it tell?

Picnic Spot .JPG

Imagine a quiet afternoon bathed in golden sunlight, where time slows and the world feels infinitely soft. Picnic Spot by Victoria Zyluk is a celebration of intimacy and serenity—a hidden retreat where love and nature entwine. A charming bridge arches over a gently flowing river, inviting lovers to pause, to whisper, to lose themselves in the symphony of rustling leaves and the dance of reflected light upon the water. Bold strokes of green and violet breathe life into the scene, capturing the essence of an untouched paradise. Wildflowers bloom in the foreground, a spontaneous gift from nature, perfect for an impromptu bouquet exchanged between kindred souls.

This painting is more than a landscape—it is a moment, suspended in time, where hearts can rest and romance flourishes effortlessly. Framed in glass to preserve its beauty, it remains a window into a world where love is felt in every brushstroke.
