Silver Springs Park

Acrylic on Canvas

Silver Springs Park captures the quiet beauty of a garden pathway winding through a lush, wooded landscape. Slender tree trunks create a natural rhythm across the composition, while the curving path draws the viewer gently into the scene. Rich greens are enlivened by flashes of violet, blue, gold and soft pink, with loosely painted flowers adding colour and movement along the garden’s edge.

Victoria Zyluk’s expressive brushwork and layered colour give the landscape a sense of immediacy, balancing recognizable detail with painterly freedom. Areas of light and shadow lead the eye through the trees, creating depth while preserving the freshness of the painted surface. The result is an inviting interpretation of a familiar green space, celebrating colour, light and the simple pleasure of wandering through nature.
