Victoria wants you to be happy with your purchase. You may contact us to request a refund within 14 days of receiving your painting. Return shipping must be paid for by the client and returned in the same condition as originally shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Within Canada)
All artworks shipped within Canada are covered by my insurance provider against loss or damage during transit. In Canada I will provide shipping in Canada. At my expense and my choice of shipping company.
International Shipping
For purchases outside of Canada, buyers are fully responsible for all shipping-related costs, including packaging, handling, and transit from my location to theirs. Buyers must:
- Arrange their own shipping – Buyers are responsible for researching and selecting a shipping provider that suits their needs.
- Cover all shipping fees – Costs for packaging, handling, and delivery will be paid directly by the buyer.
- Insure the artwork – Buyers must ensure the shipment is fully insured against loss or damage. I am not liable for any damage incurred once the artwork leaves my possession.
- Confirm in writing – Before finalizing the sale, buyers must acknowledge and accept these terms in writing.
Once the artwork has left my studio, any concerns regarding transit, insurance claims, or delivery issues must be addressed directly with the chosen shipping provider.
