Gratitude — Acrylic on Canvas, 40" × 40" (Framed) In Gratitude, Victoria Zyluk offers a radiant celebration of Alberta’s foothills, painted with the tenderness and reverence that define her connection to the land. The mountain rises in soft violets and cool blues, a quiet guardian watching over a valley alive with colour. Autumn tones—amber, rose, russet, and gold—flow through the trees and brush like a warm breath, creating a sense of abundance and calm. A reflective pool gathers these colours gently at the base of the scene, mirroring the harmony between earth and sky. The turquoise light above softens the entire composition, giving the painting a dreamlike serenity. This piece feels like a pause, a moment of stillness where gratitude becomes something you can see and feel. It invites viewers to slow down, breathe, and remember the beauty that surrounds them.
